Paint Party Friday: Week 40, Year 4 Check-In

Welcome to Week 40 of Year 4 at PPF!

This week the random number generator chose #4 - Marji. Despite thoughts and distractions of the holiday season (such a busy distracting time, isn't it?!), Marji created this lovely encaustic Steller's Jay and has been doing linocut cards AND participating in a photo challenge!

As always, please make sure to use your post URL address NOT your blog home page URL address as there are many late visitors who get confused as to which post is for PPF when they arrive (after Friday) at your website. If you are unfamiliar with Mr. Linky, an explanation of how this tool works can be found on Week 1 and Week 2 posts. Hope you find some time to paint and create in YOUR busy schedules!

Paint Party Friday: Week 39, Year 4 Check-In

Welcome to Week 39 of Year 4 at Paint Party Friday!

This week the random number generator chose # 48 - Dia. Recently invited to be the "Featured Artist" for the gallery at a winery, Dia showed new work, and a few older ones, both at the gallery and to us, on her blog. Please check out the rest of the show! One thing Dia found was that getting ready for a show really helped get her inspired!

Paint Party Friday: Week 36, Year 4 Check In

Welcome to Week 36 of Year 4 at Paint Party Friday - we're so glad you're here!

This week, the random.org number generator chose #9 - Carola Bartz.  It seems that the number generator has chosen a very timely post once again, as many of us are experiencing first snowfalls of the season... Last week, Carola shared some adorable snowmen paintings that were created on scrap wood that was leftover from a home improvement project.  The ornaments she made are sure to make the season bright!
